On the rare occurrence that we are out of stock on a particular item, one of our gifting specialists will personally reach out to you with choices for alternative items of equal or greater value (and appearance).

A lot of behind the scenes work goes into creating a gift box. First we think about a theme. Then we carefully source the items and vet each vendor based on similar values to ours. After that, we measure each item to make sure it fits perfectly in the box and let the rest take on a life of its own. What we start off with in the idea process can change completely by the end. Always for the better though, rest assured. 

We carefully hand select our vendors based on their unique selections, creative innovation, and level of sophistication. Only choosing those whose values, like high-quality product standards and social responsibility, match our own. We’ve traveled the world to find the perfect gift so you don’t have to.

Absolutely! We try our best to source items that are ethically produced, cruelty free, and sustainable. We’ve met with our vendors and hand selected each one because they share the same values as we do.

Yes, you can customize your gift box for any reason or occasion.

We offer a “DESIGN YOUR LUXURY GIFT”  feature that allows you to choose between 2-7 items from our inventory. All you have to do is add the items to your cart and we’ll package and ship them out for you.

We also do custom boxes for events or corporate gifting.

Every box comes with a handwritten custom-designed note. Not only that, but we also have greeting cards that we can insert into our gift boxes.

These cards are available in three different styles: traditional, contemporary, and antique. Each one is expertly designed by our founder Giulia.

The Traditional notes are letter pressed with rose gold foil printing.

The Contemporary notes are white ink printed on an acrylic sheet.

The Antique notes are black ink printed on handmade deckled paper with seal wax.

In addition to your items, each box comes with a handwritten message of your choosing or a blank letter with an envelope so you can send whatever note you want in your handwriting.

Yes, we’re constantly updating our products and creating new ones. We offer seasonal boxes, limited edition collections, holiday bundles, and more. Our boxes are changing all the time.

All of our gifts are packaged in high quality material boxes and are tied with ribbon or seasonal accents. If you have something else in mind, leave us a comment at checkout. Note that we will occasionally (but professionally) wrap glass or other breakable items to protect them during transport.

Our gift boxes also come in customized shipping boxes so your recipients can get the total luxury package from doorstep to unboxing.

There are no order minimums if you purchase one of our curated gift boxes from our online store. Our custom minimums will change depending on the occasion or type of gift. Please contact us for more details.

We happily accept Paypal, Apple Pay, and major credit cards. We do not accept American Express.

We accept cash for in-person orders only and currently do not take payments over the phone.

Yes, we collect sales tax in accordance with the state of Virginia.

Yes, we have a selection of boxes for gentlemen available now. We’re constantly brainstorming and curating new boxes all the time. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, thank yous or just because. Any occasion is covered! Check back on our online store often as we’re frequently making new boxes available for purchase.

We know that most of our orders are gifts, so we never include receipts or packing slips inside our boxes. We want to keep the packaging of our items beautiful and intact -- so we’ll never alter or cross out any product labeling, and none of our products have price tags.

We provide a Luxury Gifting Concierge service to assist you with your gift-giving experience. Contact us here and a gifting expert will respond within 48 hours.

Regular boxes take 1-3 business days to process.

For orders that need customized logos or personalized designs, it takes 6 to 8  weeks to process.

The delivery time varies depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Our studio ships Monday - Friday 9a - 5p EST and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

After checkout is completed, you will receive an email confirming your order and details.

You’ll also receive another email that includes a tracking number when your order has shipped, so you can track the progress of your gift box and view confirmation of its delivery.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If 7 days have gone by since your items were received, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for your damaged items.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product will vary. Please review the different shipping options at checkout.

All of our orders are final sale and non refundable. If there are any problems with your order, contact us within 24 hours at and we’ll help you sort things out.

We do not accept returns or exchanges (but trust us, you won’t have to).

Yes, we reserve the right to cancel any order that circumstances deem necessary.

Contact us within 24 hours to make changes to your order. After that, we will not be able to modify or change your order.

Have your recipient take another look around. Have them check the front and back yards, the lobby, inside the garage, underneath the porch. There’s a good chance the package is there somewhere.

If the recipient still cannot find the order, contact our customer care team at and we will contact the carrier and delivery building to get you all the information you need.

It’s not common but it is possible that something out of our control happened (package being stolen or lost). In that case, we recommend filing a carrier claim, and we’d be happy to do the same.
